If a local government is not interested in participating in a jointly funded project (where funding is pooled by a group of local governments) you are still entitled to receive $1,500 CivicSpatial funding. You must, however, have a signed Data Sharing and Licensing Agreement (DSLA) and commit to a more frequent submission of your data (at least monthly).
As part of this program ICIS will assist you in automating the process of extract and upload of your data to minimize the effort required to meet the increased submission frequency.
